LOGO Delivery Information

UK Delivery

UK & EU orders are sent via Royal Mail using 1st class postal delivery.  This normally takes 2-3 days from time of despatch.

If you require next day delivery, please select recorded delivery by 3pm weekdays at checkout.  This service is trackable and requires a signature when delivered to your address.

    • Standard Delivery:  £3.95
      (For all non-urgent standard orders)
    • Next Day Delivery (via Royal Mail): £7.95
      (Order must be received by 3pm)
    • NEXT DAY (via UPS):                               £7.95
      (Order must be received by 1pm)

International Delivery & Prices

International deliveries will be sent out via Royal mail

    • European delivery is £10.00
    • Worldwide delivery is £15.00

Please note:  Once orders have been placed online, we are unable to cancel or re-direct.

LOGO Returns Policy

Online Purchases

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, we will offer you an exchange or credit note when you return it to us unworn and in perfect condition – either by post or to LOGO in Mill Hill – within 7 days of receipt.

You will be able to choose between exchanging the item in-store or a credit note to be used online or in-store within 4 weeks of receipt.

Any footwear returned to LOGO Fashions must be unworn and in its original box/packaging.

Please note that all items must be returned with the receipt and all original tags in place.

No cash refunds can be offered.  Only exchange or credit note for amount spent.

LOGO Sale Items Refund Policy

Sale items are non-refundable.  However, they can be exchanged for a suitable alternative instore or online within 7 days of purchase.  Receipt required as proof of purchase.

All items must be returned with all the original tags and packaging in place. As above, any footwear returned to LOGO must be unworn and in its original box.

LOGO Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LOGO In Store Customer Exchange Policy

LOGO Fashions offers an exchange or credit note for the full original retail value for unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase as long as all the original tags & packaging are in place.

Receipt required as proof of purchase.  No cash refunds.

No returns will be accepted by LOGO after this 7-day period.

Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
